Application for membership shall be in writing on the forms provided for that purpose and signed by the applicant. Applications will be submitted to the Executive Committee for its recommendations and to the Board of Directors for their approval. Members may be elected at any meeting of the Board of Directors with affirmative vote of a majority of the Board of Directors present and voting. Membership approved by the Board of Directors will begin upon acceptance of payment of the prescribed membership investment.
